It is our belief that education should not *only* focus on the academics. Uganda has an abundance of people with certificates and diplomas in all kinds of skills and vocations, but little hands-on experience. That is why our Secondary Vocational School combines the academic curriculum with actual, hands-on experiences in practical vocations like carpentry, brick laying, plumbing, electrical work, tailoring and hair dressing. Students leave our school with certificates in both Secondary Education ('O-level' and 'A-level') and certificates in their vocational skills (UNEB). With this combination we aim to give our students a head start on the job market: so they can become job creators rather than job seekers.
